How to Add Moringa to Your Meals
Moringa powder has a mild, grassy taste — closer to spinach than to herbs. That makes it easy to fold into foods you already cook.
**Warm morning ritual:** Mix ½ tsp moringa with warm (not boiling) water, a squeeze of lemon, and optional palm sugar. Drink 20 minutes before breakfast. This is the simplest habit to keep.
**Smoothies and juices:** Blend ½–1 tsp into banana, mango, or buttermilk smoothies. Fruit softens the green notes so you barely notice the powder.
**South Indian staples:** Stir a teaspoon into dosa or adai batter, sprinkle into rasam or vegetable soup just before serving, or fold into scrambled eggs and omelettes. Avoid long high heat if you want to keep more of the delicate nutrients.
**How much is enough?** Most adults do well with ½–1 teaspoon per day. Start low for a week, then settle on an amount that feels good. Children and sensitive stomachs may need even less.
Store the pouch sealed, cool, and dry. Use a dry spoon so moisture never reaches the powder. Small daily use beats large weekend "detox" doses every time.
